Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is an alignment-oriented practice with flowing elements sequenced at a medium pacing. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Emphasis is on the actions within yoga postures, building core strength, flexibility and balance as well as evolving concentration and breath control. Pose selection varies from class to class, and each class includes deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Suitable for all levels; variations of poses will be offered to meet your needs.
