Yin & Nidra Full Moon Ritual with Sound Healing

Yin Yoga is a more meditative approach to yoga with goals of awareness and inner silence. While not intended as a complete practice Yin is a perfect complement to more active forms of yoga and exercise. Asanas or postures are held for longer periods of time from 45 seconds to several minutes.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a deeply relaxed state of consciousness just between waking and sleeping. Nidra helps to relieve stress and evidence supports assist recovery from PTSD. Nidra can also bring on a state of altered consciousness perfect for manifesting dreams into reality and is therefore perfectly paired for utilizing the energy of the full moon (manifesting) and new moon (releasing).
