Yoga Play

So often we get caught up in what we can’t do (touch our toes, stand on one foot...) that we talk ourselves out of trying something new and potentially amazing for our body mind and spirit. We don’t allow ourselves to explore what we CAN do. This class takes the intimidation factor out of the equation. We will explore simple vinyasa practices, kundalini, myofascial release, grounding exercises, energy medicine yoga and a myriad of other practices that Mikaela comes across in a fun and light way. Every class is sure to reveal a new version of you to examine and discuss!
